These Terms of Service govern your use of EchoPilot. By using EchoPilot, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

EchoPilot helps you capture voice notes, review extracted action cards, and route approved actions to supported destinations. You are responsible for reviewing action details before sending them to third-party services.

Accounts and integrations

You may connect optional integrations such as Google Tasks or Todoist. You authorize EchoPilot to use connected integrations only as needed to perform actions you request. You can disable or disconnect integrations at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not use EchoPilot to violate laws, third-party rights, or platform policies.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to process.

Third-party services

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. EchoPilot is not responsible for third-party service availability, behavior, or changes.

Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through app store subscriptions. Billing, cancellation, and refund handling may be managed by the applicable app store provider.

Disclaimers

EchoPilot is provided as is. Transcription and AI extraction may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always review action cards before relying on them or sending them to another service.
