Every limit, in full

The complete table.

Every number here is read from the product's own reviewed plan snapshot when this page is built, so it cannot drift from the app. Meeting minutes are counted on the audio you actually record, and a meeting already running always finishes, even if it takes you past the allowance.

FAQ

Pricing questions.

What do I get on Free, and what does Pro add?
Free includes 300 meeting minutes in your first 30 days and then 120 every 30 days, with unused minutes rolling over once up to 120. It also includes the complete minutes document (summary, chapters, key points and action cards), the searchable transcript, 15 AI voice captures a month, notes up to 60 seconds, 3 AI follow-ups per note, 20 Ask questions, and every integration destination. Pro adds 1,800 meeting minutes every 30 days, meetings up to four hours, speaker turns you can rename, translation into 32 languages, rebuilds and summary templates, notes up to 5 minutes, unlimited Ask and captures subject to fair use, and keeps your source audio for as long as you keep the meeting.
How do meeting minutes work?
Free gives you 300 meeting minutes in your first 30 days, then 120 every 30 days after that. The larger first-period allowance lets you evaluate EchoPilot with real meetings before deciding whether Pro fits your usage. Minutes are counted on the audio you actually record, rounded to whole minutes for display, and anything you do not use rolls over once, up to 120. Pro includes 1,800 minutes every 30 days. Voice notes are a separate allowance: a meeting never spends one.
What happens when my meeting minutes run out?
A meeting already recording always finishes and is processed in full: running out never stops a recording or loses audio. What it stops is starting a new one, and EchoPilot tells you the date your minutes reset. Everything else keeps working: your notes, tasks, reminders, action cards, integrations, exports and every meeting you have already recorded. You are told once when you are 80% through the period, quietly and in place, rather than being interrupted.
How long do you keep my recordings?
Your minutes document, action cards and their details are kept until you delete them, on both plans. The source audio and the full transcript are kept for 90 days on Free, and for as long as you keep the meeting on Pro. You are warned 30 days and 7 days before anything expires, with the exact date, and you can export or upgrade at any point before it does. Nothing is ever deleted without notice. Deleted recordings go to the bin and are purged after 30 days, as before.
Is there a difference between monthly and yearly beyond the price?
No. The two plans unlock exactly the same capabilities. Monthly is $11.99 and yearly is $89, and the yearly plan is the cheaper way to pay for the same thing.
Does one subscription cover every device?
Yes. Pro is attached to your EchoPilot account, not to a device, so a subscription bought on iPhone unlocks the Android app, the Mac and Windows desktop apps, and the web app for the same account. You buy once, on whichever store you prefer.
How do I pay?
On the web. Choose a plan on this page, sign in or create an account, and pay through Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. EchoPilot never handles your card. Pro applies to every device you sign in on, immediately. You can view your plan, change payment details or cancel any time from Settings, then Subscription; cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens when I cancel?
Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account returns to Free. Your recordings, minutes and transcripts stay in your account; the Pro-only capabilities stop.
How long can a meeting recording be?
Up to 60 minutes per recording on Free and up to four hours on Pro. Recording continues while the app is in the background and the screen is locked, and audio is written to disk in segments as you go, so a phone call or a crash does not lose the meeting. A meeting spends meeting minutes and nothing else; it never also uses one of your voice captures.
Can I record a meeting on my Mac or Windows PC?
Not yet. The EchoPilot desktop app is built but not released: there is no download to install today, and this answer will change the moment there is. When it ships it records your microphone and the meeting audio your computer is playing, so the other people on the call are in the recording. It lives in the menu bar on Mac and the system tray on Windows, and recording only ever starts when you confirm it. The minutes, transcript and action cards then appear on your phone and on the web like any other meeting. Desktop capture will use your meeting minutes exactly as the phone does, not a separate plan. On Mac, meeting audio needs macOS 14.2 or later; below that the app records your microphone only and says so.
Can I record in the web app?
No. The web app is for reviewing what you captured: transcript playback, Meeting Minutes, Ask, editing, and exports. Recording happens on iPhone, Android, Apple Watch, or the Mac and Windows desktop apps. The one exception is speaking a question to Ask, which transcribes a few seconds into the question box and stores no audio, creates no recording, and uses none of your monthly captures.
I have a code. Where do I enter it?
Sign in at platform.echopilotapp.com and open Settings, then Subscription. A code that grants Pro applies to your account immediately, on the web and in the app, for the period it covers. A discount code changes the price of a subscription and does not unlock Pro on its own.
