Terms of Service
Rules for using EchoPilot, our website, and connected integrations.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EchoPilot, including the EchoPilot mobile app, the echopilotapp.com website, and any connected integrations (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Who you are contracting with
EchoPilot is operated by XSTOCK SUITE LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States (filing ID 2025-001680109), with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. "EchoPilot", "we", "us" and "our" in these Terms mean XSTOCK SUITE LLC trading as EchoPilot. You can reach us at support@echopilotapp.com.
Paid subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, not by us directly. See sections 7 and 8, and our Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use EchoPilot. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. The Service
EchoPilot helps you capture voice notes from supported devices, including iPhone and Apple Watch, review extracted action cards, manage built-in Tasks, Reminders, and Notes, and route approved actions to supported destinations. Transcription and AI extraction are produced by automated systems and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing each action card before sending it to a third-party service.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us at support@echopilotapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Integrations
EchoPilot supports optional integrations with third-party services and device capabilities including Google Tasks, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Todoist, Slack, Notion, Microsoft services, Apple Reminders, Device Calendar, Apple Notes, WhatsApp, and Mail. Availability and supported operations vary by platform, account type, permission, and provider. Connecting or enabling an integration authorizes EchoPilot to use it only as needed to perform the actions you request. You can disable or disconnect any integration at any time in the app.
Each third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. EchoPilot is not responsible for the availability, behavior, or changes of any third-party service. EchoPilot's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements; see our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use EchoPilot to violate any law, third-party right, or platform policy.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or abuse the Service.
- Upload or process content you do not have the right to handle.
- Use the Service to generate spam, harassment, malicious code, or content that violates the rights of others.
7. Subscriptions and payments
EchoPilot Pro is the only paid product we sell. It costs USD 11.99 per month or USD 89.00 per year. EchoPilot is usable without a subscription, so you can try it before paying anything.
Paid subscriptions are purchased and managed on the EchoPilot website. Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the merchant of record: Paddle is the seller for these transactions and handles billing, invoicing, applicable sales tax or VAT, renewals and refunds under its own buyer terms. You can view your plan, change payment details, or cancel at any time from your EchoPilot account. A cancelled subscription keeps its access until the end of the period already paid for.
8. Refunds
If you are not happy with EchoPilot Pro, ask within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, without needing a reason. Cancelling and refunding are different things: cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Our full Refund Policy sets out how refunds work on annual plans, on unexpected renewals, and how to ask for one. Where it is more generous than Paddle's buyer terms, the Refund Policy applies. Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory right to cancel or to a refund that you have where you live.
To request a refund, email support@echopilotapp.com from the address on the account.
9. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you create with EchoPilot (voice notes, transcripts, action cards). You grant EchoPilot a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. EchoPilot branding remains our property.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Transcription and extraction may be incomplete or incorrect; always review action cards before relying on them or sending them elsewhere.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoPilot and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, or US $100, whichever is greater.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful way. Surviving sections include intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes appear in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the EchoPilot operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
